Cooking in pan
Wash the peppers, and cut them into pieces of about 1 inch x 1 inch.
Peel the garlic.
In a pan, sauté the garlic with the olive oil for 1 minute, then add the peppers, salt, sweetener, and vinegar.
Increase the heat and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally. It will take about 15 minutes. If you see they’re drying out too much, add a bit of water.
Serve cold with plenty of basil.
