  • 400 g zucchini
  • 240 g pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g bottarga
  • to taste salt
  • to taste white pepper
  • 30 g extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

To make

  • Clean the prawns, remove the heads and shells.

  • After peeling them, squeeze the heads and collect their content. That’s where the flavor is.
