RitaAmordicucina’s Diet Cocoa Cake, without eggs, fat, or sugar, ideal for a healthy breakfast or snack. Easy to make, with very few ingredients and the crunchiness of almonds and the scent of oranges from my Sicily and coconut.
Perhaps not everyone knows that cocoa was brought to Sicily by the Spanish during their domination, who in turn learned about it from the Aztecs, in the form of a drink. The world-famous Modica chocolate see here.
Below you will find the traditional recipe and then the one with the Thermomix.

Pour the milk, drizzling it over the powders while mixing with a hand whisk or immersion blender. After the milk, also add the yogurt, little by little, while continuing to mix.
Finally, add the finely grated orange zest and chopped almonds. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous and creamy dough, without lumps.
Pour it into an 8-inch diameter springform pan, either previously greased and floured or lined with parchment paper.
Spread the well-chilled chocolate chips on the surface and bake in a static oven, preheated to 356°F, for 35-40 minutes.
