Penne Rigate with Salmon and Zucchini

Penne rigate with fresh salmon and zucchini. Recipe in the pan and also with the Bimby.
Today I propose a complete, healthy, and tasty dish. Ideal for those who have little time and want to create a mouth-watering lunch with just one dish. The fresh salmon I used has significant nutritional properties, primarily the omega 3 it is rich in. It’s a caloric product, which is why it’s better to enjoy it as part of a complete dish, but it has many vitamins.
I paired it with zucchini and tomatoes, which are very light, and the carbohydrates from the pasta.
Below you will find the traditional recipe followed by the Bimby one.
