- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dried onion
- 1 tsp basil (dried)

Let’s Prepare Super Easy Gratinated Zucchini
Wash the zucchini, dry them well, and remove any waste parts. Using a cutting board and a sharp knife, slice them lengthwise into not-too-thin slices.
Line the baking pan with parchment paper and place the long zucchini slices on top, lightly salt them.
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, basil, onion, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, and mix with a spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture.
