LINDT CAKE Sweet Recipe

Today I decided to prepare a new famous cake and delicious the Lindt cake. I must confess that not finding the red Lindor balls, I opted for the classic Lindt milk chocolate bar to prepare the ganache that covers the cake, which should be baked in a pan (11 inches) with a raised bottom where to pour the chocolate cream. The base dough is a tender cake and the result is a cake where the thickness of the cream wonderfully balances with the soft dark chocolate base.

Ingredients LINDT CAKE Sweet Recipe

  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3.5 oz Dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 7 oz LINDT milk chocolate
  • 3/4 cup Fresh liquid cream

Preparation Recipe LINDT CAKE

  • Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler and let it cool, stirring occasionally. Whisk the eggs and sugar together in a bowl until well combined, then add the chocolate mixture and the sifted flour with a pinch of baking powder.

  • Pour the batter into the FURBO Pan with a raised bottom previously buttered and floured and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20/25 minutes, depending on the characteristics of your oven.

  • Once baked, let it cool completely.

    For the ganache cream with Lindt chocolate, heat the fresh cream and butter in a saucepan, and when it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the chopped Lindt chocolate.

  • Stir thoroughly to achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream, which will then be poured over the chocolate base that should be inverted as mentioned above to have the cavity on top…

  • Before pouring the ganache cream, I sprinkled the outer edge of the soft tart with powdered sugar, but it is just my trivial idea of decoration: you will surely do better ^_*!!!

  • Let the cake cool for hours before serving it because the chocolate needs to set perfectly…then at the right moment…enjoy it to the fullest!!! Enjoy your meal with the Lindt Cake!
