  • 3.5 oz croutons
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom honey (Or 1 of erythritol)

    Heat the grill and, in the meantime, cut it into cubes that you will then toast on all sides.

  • Wash the iceberg lettuce, and cut it into strips.

    Then, using the peeler, make shavings of Parmesan.

  • Now my secret: we will prepare a RitaAmordicucina dressing.

    In a small bowl, mix the mustard, Greek yogurt, honey, half of the oil, and a pinch of roast spices. Whisk with a fork and set aside.
