FAQ (Questions and Answers)
Can I use other vegetables instead of peppers and olives?
Of course! You can use zucchini, grilled eggplants, sun-dried tomatoes, or spinach. Choose vegetables that do not release too much water during cooking.
Does the puff pastry have to be rectangular?
No, but the rectangular shape is more convenient for cutting and forming the “ties”. The round shape works too with a bit of adjustment.
Can they be prepared in advance?
Yes, you can prepare them a few hours in advance and store them in the fridge. Cook them just before serving to keep them crispy.
