  • 3.5 oz Soy Spaghetti
  • 2 bell peppers (1 green and 1 red)
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 2.5 oz carrot
  • 5.3 oz zucchini
  • to taste Soy sauce
  • 0.7 oz rice oil (Or olive oil)
  • to taste Curry
  • to taste pepper

Preparation of Soy Spaghetti with Turkey and Vegetables

  • Spread the turkey slices on a plate, and drizzle with soy sauce and pepper. Let them marinate while you prepare the vegetables.

  • Meanwhile, slice the onion thinly

  • the bell peppers into strips,

  • and make zucchini noodles. Set aside.

  • Slice the turkey fillets into strips

  • Let’s start cooking: in a wok, put some evo oil, the thinly sliced onion, sauté over high heat for 3 minutes, then… the turkey strips, and toss everything.

  • Add the celery, a bit of curry, and the carrot ribbons cut with the peeler.

  • Add all the other vegetables, sauté quickly in the pan and then without adding salt. Pour 1.4 oz of soy sauce and 2.1 oz of water. Cook for another 4 minutes. Meanwhile, put the pot for the pasta on the stove.

  • Remember to add a little salt to the boiling water, put in the soy spaghetti and cook for just 1 minute.

  • Then drain and add them to the wok along with the rest, toss again over high heat.
