- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 ladyfingers
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup coffee

- 1 Electric whisk
- 1 bowl
Preparation of Tiramisu in a Glass
To prepare the tiramisu cream in a glass, first brew the coffee and let it cool.
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a light and frothy mixture or read how to pasteurize eggs and then whip them.
Quickly work the mascarpone with a fork, then incorporate it into the whipped yolks in 2 batches, always whipping with electric whisks.
Break the ladyfingers into 2 or 3 pieces and quickly dip them in the coffee.
Cover the base of 4 glasses with the ladyfingers, then make a layer of mascarpone cream.
More soaked ladyfingers and cream until you reach the top of the glasses.
If you have leftover ladyfingers, crumble them on the surface and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder.
