What you need to cook

- Parchment paper

Preparation of Chicken with Apples and Potatoes in the Oven
Let’s start by washing the herbs well, and drying them.
Then peel the onion and slice it thinly.
Next, core the apple and cut each wedge into 2 parts.
After slicing everything, in a baking dish, spread a sheet of parchment paper, and scatter the onion.
Now place the chicken pieces, the apple chunks. Break both the sage and rosemary, and add them, season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, the wine, salt, and pepper.
OVEN COOKING
Now that the baking pan is ready, bake at 356°F for 15 minutes. After the time has passed, turn the chicken, and let it cook for another 10.
Finish cooking by returning it to the starting position for another 5 minutes.
This allows the skin to melt at the beginning, so its fat helps us not to use much oil, then to cook it on both sides, and finally to brown it.
