- 1.8 oz stracchino cheese
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
- 1.5 oz extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Creamy Fusilli with Zucchini and Salmon
First, put the water for the pasta on the stove, and in the meantime, coarsely slice the onion and sauté it with butter and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
As soon as it turns slightly golden, add the salmon in small pieces and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
Transfer the contents of the pan into a glass bowl and blend together with a bit of chopped parsley, and set aside.
Grate the zucchini, and place it in a wok off the heat along with the cream you just prepared, and the stracchino cheese…
