Traditional cooking recipe
Cream of 5 white vegetables and seeds. Wash, peel, and slice all the vegetables and cut the potato into cubes.
As soon as you finish cutting everything, put the vegetables in a pot to cook with water, milk, and a little salt.
Cover with a lid.
As soon as it starts to boil, remove the lid immediately, otherwise, the milk foam will overflow. From the moment it boils, it must cook for 20 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
When the vegetables are cooked, the cooking liquid will have decreased, then you can blend.
Serve in a bowl while still hot with pumpkin seeds, croutons, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Alternatively, you can serve the cream as an accompaniment to meat or fish.
