Today I propose a dessert that with very little will make you look great, the chocolate brick 😊 an extremely simple, fast, and too delicious dessert perfect for all occasions.
Preparing the chocolate brick is very simple, just prepare the mousse, assemble everything, and your super delicious dessert is ready. A perfect dessert for all occasions, and with very little, it will make you look great!

Ingredients
- 24 ladyfingers
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3.5 oz 55% dark chocolate
- 3.5 oz milk chocolate
- to taste Rum (Or coffee)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder
Steps
First, break or blend the chocolate in a mixer and melt it in a double boiler.
Once it’s melted, let it cool well.
Whip the cream until very firm, and once it’s well-whipped, gradually fold in the melted chocolate with a spatula using an upward motion.
Once the mousse is ready, we can assemble our dessert.
Prepare a quick soak; you can use sweetened coffee or, as I did, a rum soak.
On the stove, dissolve the tablespoon of sugar in 3/4 cup of water, and once the sugar is dissolved, add a shot of rum (if there are children, you can use a vial of rum flavoring).
On a rectangular tray, make a layer of 12 ladyfingers quickly soaked in the soak.
Cover with the mousse, spreading it in an even layer.
Cover with more soaked ladyfingers and refrigerate until serving.
Before serving, dust with unsweetened cocoa powder.
