The chocolate chip bundt cake is a very simple and quick dessert, as soft as a feather, moist, fragrant, and very delicious. It takes 5 minutes to prepare with the electric mixers and then goes straight into the oven. You’ll have a genuine cake of exaggerated goodness.
This bundt cake has an extremely soft base and inside are lots of chocolate chips that don’t sink and remain well distributed in the cake. You’ll see, it will be the best you’ve ever tasted 🙂 so just grab the electric mixers and try it 🙂 then let me know 😉

Orange and Chocolate Variegated Cake

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 200 g sugar (150 g for a less sweet version)
- 350 g all-purpose flour
- cup corn oil
- cup milk (at room temperature, alternatively ⅔ cup orange juice)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or the zest of 1 orange, or one grated lemon)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 180 g chocolate chips
- to taste powdered sugar
Tools
- 1 Electric Mixer
- 1 Bundt Pan
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Oven
Steps
Preheat the oven to 338°F.
Grease a 9-inch bundt pan.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and set aside.
Using electric mixers (or a stand mixer), beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Once the eggs are nice and frothy, while still beating, add the oil, then the milk and vanilla.Add the sifted powders gradually while continuing to beat on low speed.
Once the powders are incorporated and the batter is smooth and homogeneous, fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven at 338°F for about 40 minutes. Then perform the toothpick test; the cake is ready when the toothpick comes out dry.
Once ready, remove from the oven, let it cool, then place the cake on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Add the oil, milk, and vanilla 30 secSpeed 3.Add half the flour 20 secSpeed 3.
Add the baking powder 20 secSpeed 3.
Add the remaining flour 20 secSpeed 3.
Knead 2 minutesKnead.
Turn off the Thermomix and fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven at 338°F for about 40 minutes. Then perform the toothpick test; the cake is ready when the toothpick comes out dry.Once ready, remove the bundt cake from the oven, let it cool, then place it on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
