Tiramisu Truffles.
Simple, quick, delicious.
Today I present you delightful little sweets… The tiramisu truffles, very simple and quick pralines to prepare, perfect as a dessert, to offer to guests, and for all your parties and buffets.
Making these tiramisu truffles is very simple and quick, you just need 4 ingredients, a bit of cocoa, and you will have fabulous sweets, beautiful to see and very delicious. Try them, you’ll see they will be a joy for young and old alike and will disappear in no time 😉

Ingredients
- 9 oz dry biscuits (such as ladyfingers, Pavesini, Pan di stelle, Macine, etc… you can also mix different types)
- 5.5 oz mascarpone
- 1/3 cup coffee (sweetened)
- 2.5 oz powdered sugar
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder
Tools
- 1 Blender
- 1 Spatula
- Baking cups
Steps
Break the biscuits into pieces and place them in a blender. Blend them until they become powder.
Put the mascarpone, sugar, and coffee in a bowl, mix with a spatula until everything is creamy and homogeneous.
Add the biscuits and a tablespoon of cocoa to the mascarpone and mix with the spatula until you get a homogeneous soft mixture, moldable by hand without being sticky. If it is too soft, add some more crushed biscuits, if too hard, a bit of coffee.
Put cocoa on a deep plate.
With your hands, form many truffles from the prepared mixture, each about the size of a walnut. In the palm of your hand, shape them into a ball and roll them in cocoa. Place the truffles on a tray; you can also put them inside baking cups like I did.
Proceed in the same way to form all the truffles.
With your hands, slightly crumble the biscuits and put them in the bowl, chop for 30 seconds/speed 5.
Add the mascarpone, a tablespoon of cocoa, the sugar, and half of the coffee 40 seconds/speed 3, from the hole in the bowl add the other coffee little by little, you need to get a compact, soft mixture, moldable by hand without being sticky. If it is too soft, add some more crushed biscuits, if too hard, a bit of coffee.Put cocoa on a deep plate.
