Cocoa pralined almonds, are incredibly simple to make and once ready they will become a new obsession, it will be hard to resist their goodness because they are crunchy, sweet, and flavorful. To prepare them we will need only a few ingredients: almonds, sugar, water, and cocoa. To serve them, just gather all the ingredients in a non-stick pan and let everything cook gently, stirring continuously with a spatula until the liquid evaporates completely and the sugar fully coats the almonds, forming a delicious crunchy coating. Once ready and cooled, place them in an airtight jar.

Ingredients
- 4.2 oz almonds (toasted)
- 4.2 oz sugar
- 1.4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 Parchment Paper
Steps
Let’s start preparing the cocoa pralined almonds. Toast the almonds in the oven for a few minutes.
Mix the sugar with the cocoa and put them in a non-stick pan along with the almonds and water.
Place on the stove over medium heat and start stirring
Slowly the sugar will start to melt, keep stirring constantly. When the liquid has fully evaporated, remove the pan from the heat and keep stirring.
The sugar will have solidified, stir to separate the almonds, then spread them on a sheet of parchment paper and wait until they are completely cool before enjoying or packaging them.
You can also praline hazelnuts, peanuts, or other nuts.
