Ingredients for 4 people
- 12 pcs large shrimps
- 12 slices bacon
Tools
- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Baking tray
- 1 Parchment paper
Procedure
This appetizer is one of my favorites because it requires no extensive preparation, cooks in 10 minutes, and can be served hot to guests as they arrive.
To begin, I recommend starting with the shrimp. They should not be frozen so they can be cleaned well by removing the outer shell and the vein along the back.
If you need help, read my tips on how to perfectly peel shrimps.
You can use shrimp with or without heads. The final result does not change. The headless version offers a dish that can be eaten entirely, almost as finger food.
After removing the outer shell and the black vein, all that’s left is to wrap the shrimps with bacon.
Place the bacon-wrapped shrimps on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake at 320°F in static mode for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes in the oven, the bacon will be crispy, and the shrimps cooked, remove and serve.
Your shrimps with bacon are ready!
