Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs anchovies
- 1 clove Garlic
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- leaves mint
- to taste white pepper (Optional)
- Half glass white wine vinegar
- to taste Oregano
Steps
Remove the heads of the anchovies, wash them, and remove the bones. Arrange them in a pan. Season them with extra virgin olive oil, the chopped garlic clove, mint leaves, oregano, and salt. Optionally, add pepper and finally add half a glass of white vinegar. Cook for 5-6 minutes on low heat with the lid on. Serve the anchovies hot.
