Ingredients for 2 people

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 0.55 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt

Tools

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Pan

Method

The chicken strips with peppers in a pan are prepared quickly in a pan and cooked white unlike the classic peperonata, here is the recipe to prepare them.

  • First, take a chicken breast half and with the help of a knife cut it into thin slices (about 0.39 inches) and then into strips 3-4 inches long.

  • Now it’s time to think about the peppers, which will also need to be cut into strips like the chicken breast.

For a quick cut, I recommend placing the pepper upright and cutting the side slices, then the strips as shown in the video.

  • Now place a clove of garlic in its skin with a drizzle of oil in a pan and place over medium heat. When the garlic has flavored the oil, it’s time to sauté the peppers.

  • Cook the peppers for 10 minutes, and when they are well cooked, add the chicken strips. Cook for another 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked; if necessary, add half a glass of water.
