  • 3 1/2 oz lamb's lettuce (or baby spinach)
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 3 1/2 oz radishes
  • 1 packet sugar (or a teaspoon)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

Tools

  • 1 Cutting Board Cutting Board
  • 1 Knife Kitchen Knife
  • 1 Salad Bowl Salad Bowl

Steps

The first thing we need to do is wash the radishes and the apple thoroughly as we will use them with the skin. If you haven’t bought pre-washed lamb’s lettuce/baby spinach, clean it thoroughly as well to avoid soil residues.

  • Proceed by thinly slicing the radishes and place them in a large salad bowl. Now, carefully removing the core and seeds, cut the apple into pieces and add it to the radishes.

  • Season with a packet of sugar (teaspoon), a pinch of salt, and lemon juice, mix. Now just add the salad and a drizzle of olive oil, mix well. Our crispy salad is ready to be enjoyed, if you like you can add more lemon.
