Baked chicken with potatoes, this super tasty recipe that I practically make very often was missing from my blog, you might say, how?!…well, yes, sometimes the recipes I make most often are not on the blog because the dishes I actually cook for my family are served immediately, but on the occasion of the Roast Chicken Day I decided to share it with you. From this working year, a new era begins for me, made not only of dishes that I can photograph by setting up a set, but of dishes photographed while I prepare them, so I can share with you as much as possible my way of understanding cooking.

Steps
Let’s start by preheating the oven to 392°F, while the oven reaches the desired temperature, wash and cut the potatoes into chunks.
Once they are all cut, place them in a baking tray with 3 tablespoons of oil, the rosemary leaves, and salt and pepper to taste, mix well to distribute the seasoning and bake, let them cook for about 25 minutes.
While the potatoes are in the oven, we start cooking the chicken in a non-stick pan, brown the garlic in the oil and then add the drumsticks, brown them well on both sides and then deglaze with the white wine, when it has evaporated, add salt and continue cooking with the lid on for about 20 minutes.
After the chicken cooking time, add it to the baking tray with the potatoes, cover everything with the cooking juices from the drumsticks and continue cooking in the oven until the baked chicken with potatoes is nicely golden, at this point turn on the grill for 5 minutes to create a nice crust.
All that’s left is to serve your delicious roast chicken and enjoy your meal.
