Wash the arugula and cut it into pieces a couple of inches long.
Drain the tuna and chop it coarsely.
Peel the onion and chop it finely.
Place a pot with plenty of water on the stove to cook the gnocchi.
Heat a large frying pan with a generous drizzle of oil, add the onion and chili pepper to taste, sauté the onion on low heat, once it is soft, add the arugula, mix, and turn off the heat, then add the coarsely chopped tuna.
As soon as the water for cooking the gnocchi boils, salt it and add the gnocchi, stir, the gnocchi are ready as soon as they all float to the surface.
At this point, remove them from the cooking water with a slotted spoon and add them to the sauce.
Add a few tablespoons of the gnocchi cooking water and let them absorb the flavor for a moment on low heat, stirring gently or shaking the pan.
The gnocchi with arugula and tuna are ready to be enjoyed… Enjoy your meal!
