The chocolate cloud bundt cake is an easy-to-make pantry cake, fragrant, super soft, and delicious. A quick cake that you can mix in 5 minutes and then bake, resulting in one of the softest and best chocolate bundt cakes 🙂

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs (Large)
- 1 cup sugar (2/3 cup for a less sweet version)
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups potato starch
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 container Vanilla yogurt (4.4 oz)
- 2/3 cup corn oil
- 1 pinch salt
- Half tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Steps
Preheat the oven to 340°F (static) and butter a 9.5-inch bundt pan.
With the electric whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Continue beating and add the oil, vanilla extract, then the yogurt.
Sift the flour with the potato starch, cocoa, and baking powder and fold it into the egg mixture by hand with a spatula.
Once the batter is smooth, pour it into the buttered pan.
Bake at 340°F for about 40 minutes, check with a toothpick (if done, it should come out dry, otherwise continue baking for another few minutes).
Let the cake cool, place it on a platter, and if desired, dust with powdered sugar.
Butter a 9.510.2 inch bundt pan.
Preheat the oven to 340°F (static).
Place the butterfly whisk in the bowl.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Put the egg whites with a pinch of salt in the bowl, 3 minutes/Speed 4.
Set them aside in a bowl.
Put the yolks in the bowl with the sugar and beat 2 minutes/Speed 4.
Remove the butterfly whisk and add the flour, potato starch, cocoa, oil, vanilla extract, and yogurt 50 Sec./Speed 3.
Scrape down and add the baking powder 20 Sec./Speed 3.
Turn off the Bimby and add the egg whites a little at a time, mixing with a spatula from bottom to top.
Once the batter is smooth, pour it into the buttered pan.
Bake at 340°F for about 40 minutes, check with a toothpick (if done, it should come out dry, otherwise continue baking for another few minutes).
Let it cool, place it on a platter, and if desired, dust with powdered sugar.
