Coffee and cinnamon liqueur, homemade with only four ingredients. It’s a liqueur to be served at the end of a meal and is also digestive thanks to the presence of cinnamon. You can also pour it over ice cream to make it more delicious.

- 1 Coffee Maker
- 1 Pot

Preparation of Coffee and Cinnamon Liqueur
First, prepare all the coffee needed for the recipe, and as you make it, pour it into a pitcher.
Then, pour the sugar into a large pot.
Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and stir to mix well.
Now pour the coffee and bring the pot to the stove.
Melt the sugar well over medium-low heat, stirring with a whisk until everything is dissolved.
Once the sugar, coffee, and cinnamon syrup is ready, remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Now add the 95% alcohol, and stir with the whisk to mix well.
Then let it cool completely.
Once completely cooled, the liqueur is ready to be bottled.
Let rest for 8/10 days before consuming.
And voilà… the coffee and cinnamon liqueur is ready to be enjoyed or given as a gift to friends, colleagues, and family.
Useful Tips
As for the coffee, I used an arabica blend, but you can use a robusta blend or even decaf, whichever you prefer or are used to consuming.
The amount of cinnamon used is quite noticeable, if you want it less aromatic, use only 1 teaspoon instead of 2.
Before bottling the liqueur, give it a stir with the whisk, as it tends to form “sediment”.
