Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a tall pot and sauté the chopped onion
When the onion is softened, add the frozen peas, add salt, let them soften and flavor, and hot water to cover everythingCook for 10 minutes
As soon as the peas are soft, add the pasta, stir and add the hot water, continue stirring and adding water little by little until reaching the desired doneness to obtain a risotto-style, creamy but not liquid pasta.
Finish with a handful of grated Parmesan and serve your pasta and peas risotto style hot!
