Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz pasta (short pasta shapes like ditalini, mixed pasta, etc.)

  • to taste water (or vegetable broth)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.7 oz grated Parmesan

  • Let’s start preparing the pasta and peas by finely chopping the onion

    Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a tall pot and sauté the chopped onion

    When the onion is softened, add the frozen peas, add salt, let them soften and flavor, and hot water to cover everything

    Cook for 10 minutes

  • As soon as the peas are soft, add the pasta, stir and add the hot water, continue stirring and adding water little by little until reaching the desired doneness to obtain a risotto-style, creamy but not liquid pasta.
