Shrimp Cocktail

The shrimp cocktail is among the most popular appetizers. Perfect for lunches, or dinners, with fish and ideal for the Holidays. You can buy cocktail sauce at the supermarket, but making it at home is really very easy and takes only a few minutes, and it’s also satisfying!

In this case, I used ready-made mayonnaise, but you can make it at home if you have a personal recipe. For New Year’s Eve dinner, or Christmas Eve, I thought of making shrimp cocktail to be served among appetizers and proposed it inside individual cups, on a bed of shredded lettuce, and served with puff pastry stars, which replace bread. An impressive and very tasty appetizer!
