Preparation of 3 ideas with puff pastry
To prepare the zucchini roses
Trim the zucchini, wash them, and cut them into thin slices with a mandoline.
Slice the mozzarella very thinly and divide each slice in half.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut strips of 2.4 inches, then place the half slices of mozzarella on the upper half.
Now place the zucchini slices slightly overlapping, making sure they just come out of the pastry.
Close with the lower half of the pastry, making a slight pressure, then roll it up to form a rose.
Brush with the egg slightly beaten.
Place the puff pastry roses in the muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, gently remove from the molds.
Roll out the puff pastry, place a sausage, brush with mayonnaise mixed with mustard, and roll with puff pastry.
Cut, place 2 wooden skewers on the sides, then cut into slices of 0.4 inches (the skewers prevent cutting through the sausages).
Close in a wreath by tying the two ends.
Brush with the egg slightly beaten and bake at 356°F preheated for 15 minutes.
Clean the vegetables and cut them into very small pieces, then sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil until tender but still intact.
Season with salt, pepper, and let cool slightly.
Divide the puff pastry in half and then each half into 3 parts.
Insert each piece of puff pastry inside the muffin molds.
Mix the vegetables with the grated cheese, then fill the pastries with 2 generous tablespoons of filling.
Distribute the mozzarella pieces on top, brush with the egg slightly beaten, then bake at 356°F for at least 15 minutes.
