  • 1.1 lbs ground beef
  • 2 oz white sandwich bread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1.8 oz Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 5 oz emmental cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Stuffed Meatloaf with Vegetables and Melted Cheese

  • Prepare the stuffed meatloaf with vegetables and melted cheese by trimming the vegetables, removing the stem and seeds from the bell pepper, and chopping them all into small pieces.

  • Cook the vegetables in a pan with a little oil for 10/12 minutes until they are cooked but still intact.

    Let them cool slightly, season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
