- 6 oz canned tuna in oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp parsley (fresh)
- 2 pinches salt

Prepare the creamy broccoli and tuna pasta starting with the broccoli. Detach the florets, wash them and place them in a container suitable for steaming.

If cooking in the microwave, add 2 tablespoons of water to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and cook at maximum power for 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of lightly salted cold water to a boil to cook the pasta.
