Potato Salad with Tuna Sauce

You can serve the potato salad with tuna sauce as an appetizer, side dish or main course. It’s a dish that is perfect to take to the beach or for lunch at the office because it is eaten at room temperature and is really simple to prepare.

I made the tuna sauce coarse, but you can blend it more for a creamier effect or you can add tuna chunks and then blend the mayonnaise with the other ingredients for creaminess.

If you do as we do and add pieces of boiled eggs and red onion, you will have a dish rich in flavor because potatoes and tuna pair well with onion.
