Ingredients for Celery Boats with Gorgonzola and Walnuts

  • 4 stalks white celery
  • 4.2 oz gorgonzola
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 10 walnut halves
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Celery Boats with Gorgonzola and Walnuts

  • To prepare the celery boats with gorgonzola and walnuts, first wash and dry the celery stalks thoroughly.

    Then, using a vegetable peeler, remove the outer strings and cut each stalk into pieces approximately 2 inches.

  • In a bowl, work the gorgonzola with the cream cheese of your choice and the extra virgin olive oil until it becomes a cream.

  • Chop the walnut halves into pieces and set them aside.
