Light Single-serving Cheesecake

The light single-serving cheesecake is a super quick dessert to prepare with very little fat. Ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth at any time, from a refreshing breakfast, as a snack, or at the end of a meal. The base is made of low-fat cookies, and the cream is simply made from fat-free Greek yogurt, naturally firm without adding thickeners and finally topped with jam, in this case, cranberry, but any flavor works.
