Persimmon and Cocoa Pudding

Preparation

To prepare the persimmon and cocoa pudding…

  • Take the persimmon, remove the stem, peel it, and place the pulp in the food processor.

  • Add the unsweetened cocoa powder and run the food processor for a few seconds until you get a smooth mixture.

  • Pour the persimmon and cocoa mixture into a bowl and let it set for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before enjoying.

  • Sprinkle some unsweetened cocoa powder on top and garnish as desired.
