- 4 chicken breasts
- 7 oz porcini mushrooms
- 8 leaves sage
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2.12 oz flour
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 pinches salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Clean the porcini mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut them into cubes or slices.
