Chickpea burgers, vegan recipe with beans and potatoes are delicious, easy to make, and with pumpkin buns like the ones I used, they are even better.
But you can also use sesame seed buns.
At home, you decide what to put on the plate. You can choose fresh and high-quality ingredients (legumes, vegetables, grains, spices) and avoid additives, preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors often found in industrial products.
Making them at home allows you to manage the sodium and fat content, preferring healthy oils (like extra virgin olive oil) and balancing the nutrients.
Few, simple ingredients for a completely vegan dish without any animal-derived ingredients, I recommend them if you have a dinner with friends, maybe over the weekend, prepare them, your guests will be amazed!!
