Ricotta Omelette in Jar Cooking

Ricotta Omelette in Jar Cooking, a second course to add to my Vegetarian Recipes in Jar Cooking, very easy to prepare and truly delicious! For this recipe, I used the leftover filling from my Microwave Radicchio Rolls. You can enrich your jar-cooked omelette with the vegetables you prefer! I, given the season, used red radicchio, but you could use spinach or chard!

I use ricotta a lot in my recipes, like Ricotta in Jar Cooking with Cherry Tomatoes and Olives, Spinach and Ricotta Omelette in Microwave and I love omelettes so much that I’ve already prepared the Ricotta Omelette in Microwave and the Baked Ricotta Omelette with Herbs, but this jar-cooked one is even quicker and you can keep it in the fridge for a long time thanks to the vacuum!

With my Instructions for Cooking in Jar in the Microwave, you too can structure your weekly menu easily and quickly!
