Ingredients for the Pear and Yogurt Cup
- 2 cups pears
- 3 tbsps sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 ladyfingers
- 1 tsp honey
How to prepare Yogurt Pears
Peel the pears, clean them and cut 6-7 thin slices, and dice the rest. Cook the pears in a small pan with the addition of sugar and cinnamon for 6-7 minutes on low heat. Let cool
Mix the Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of honey in a bowl to make it very creamy. Break the ladyfingers and place them at the bottom of 2 large glasses. Soak the ladyfingers with the liquid that formed in the pear pan.
Distribute the yogurt over the ladyfingers, then the diced pears, and finally the pear slices. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
