YOGURT PEARS the simple and delicious dessert

Yogurt pears the dessert ready in a few minutes. You know when you feel like making a dessert but you neither have the time nor the desire to spend a long time in the kitchen. With some pears and a jar of Greek yogurt you can prepare a fresh and light treat that conquers everyone. A spoon dessert perfect as an end of meal or a delicious and sweet treat. Ingredients for the Pear and Yogurt Cup

  • 2 cups pears
  • 3 tbsps sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 ladyfingers
  • 1 tsp honey

How to prepare Yogurt Pears

  • Peel the pears, clean them and cut 6-7 thin slices, and dice the rest. Cook the pears in a small pan with the addition of sugar and cinnamon for 6-7 minutes on low heat. Let cool

  • Mix the Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of honey in a bowl to make it very creamy. Break the ladyfingers and place them at the bottom of 2 large glasses. Soak the ladyfingers with the liquid that formed in the pear pan.

  • Distribute the yogurt over the ladyfingers, then the diced pears, and finally the pear slices. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

For a more indulgent dessert, you can add chocolate chips or small pieces of dark chocolate to the yogurt
