Ingredients for light French toasts

  • 1 slice bread (for sandwich)
  • 0.71 oz egg white
  • 0.35 oz skim milk
  • to taste ground cinnamon
  • to taste brown sugar

Quick Steps

  • 🍯Cut a slice of sandwich bread (I use Morato bread) into strips
    🍯Mix egg white and skim milk in a bowl. Dip the strips in this mixture.
    🍯Cook on a hot non-stick pan until golden
    🍯Coat them in a sweet blend of sugar and cinnamon

    At this point, just add a bit of maple syrup, and the magic is complete 🧙🏼‍♀️
