Ingredients for the Puff Pastry Pie with Potatoes and Speck
- 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
- 14 oz potatoes
- 4.2 oz speck
- 14 oz zucchini
- 7 oz scamorza cheese
- 1.4 oz grated parmesan cheese
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
How to Prepare the Savory Pie with Potatoes, Speck, and Zucchini
Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and, with the help of a mandoline or a vegetable peeler, slice them thinly lengthwise.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and slice them thinly with a mandoline.
Lay a rectangular roll of puff pastry in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Cover the base with the zucchini slices, slightly overlapping them.
Cover with slices of scamorza cheese and then slices of speck.
Finish with the potato slices, overlapping them. Salt the potatoes.
Cover with the grated parmesan and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
