How to prepare Sautéed Mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms by removing the earthy part. Wash them quickly under running water or simply wipe them with kitchen paper.
Cut the larger mushrooms into pieces. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic, and the mushrooms into a pan. Add a pinch of salt and let the mushrooms cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring often with a wooden spoon.
At the end of cooking, remove the garlic clove and add a pinch of pepper and the chopped parsley. Mix and serve.
