Crescent Rolls with Zucchini and Provola: Puff Pastry Bites with an Intriguing Flavor

When you prepare crescent rolls with zucchini and provola, it’s always a celebration. The kitchen fills with the intoxicating aroma of a delicious and tantalizing dish, which is hard to resist.

These puff pastry rolls are born from the perfect meeting of two simple yet character-rich ingredients: fresh zucchini, freshly picked, diced and cooked with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, flavored with a mix of spices, and provola that melts in your mouth with every bite. Each roll is a small treasure chest that holds a heart of Mediterranean flavors, perfectly balanced between the sweetness of the zucchini and the savory taste of the provola.

Making zucchini crescent rolls is a kind of ritual that transforms an ordinary day into a special moment. The dough, golden and fragrant, is divided into sections; the zucchini, slowly cooked to preserve all its flavor and mixed with the provola, is precisely placed. Then you form the rolls, gently folding the dough over itself. An explosion of flavors and aromas that invites tasting.

Moreover, they are ideal to serve for any occasion: for a family brunch, a gathering with friends, or as a snack to take with you on an outing, these rolls conquer with their simplicity and enveloping taste.

Perfect for those who love to experiment in the kitchen and surprise their guests with an original and tasty dish.
