Making the spicy chocolate Nutella mousse:
Mix with a spoon in a cup the ricotta with Nutella and spicy chili powder (knife tip).
Add the cold coffee and blend.
Spoon two teaspoons of coconut flour into the bottom of the glass.
Fill it with the spicy mousse.
Optionally, sprinkle more coconut flour on top.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for half an hour, and serve finally as a dessert, for a snack, or prepare it when you feel the need for Nutella.
You can add crumbled cookies to the recipe if desired.
I preferred it only with coconut flour, and next time I think I’ll add a bit more spice that contrasts with the sweet Nutella mousse and binds pleasingly..
