Steps
Remove the large leaves from the cauliflower and use a cutting board and knife to separate the florets. Check for any unwanted guests. Preferably use organic vegetables.
In a pot of salted boiling water, boil the washed florets for about 6/7 minutes. Drain in a colander.
Set the air fryer to 392°F (200°C), turn on and let it gratin for another six minutes. Serve this delightful hot cauliflower with paprika side dish on a serving platter.
