- 8 oz puff pastry (rectangular)
- 6 slices Milano salami
- 1.75 oz sun-dried tomatoes
- 1.75 oz green beans, frozen, boiled
- 7 oz mozzarella
- to taste tomato sauce

Place the slices of salami and leave about an inch and a half of empty space around the edges to create a frame around the savory tart.
Add tomato sauce over the salami to your liking and spread it evenly with a spoon.
Scatter the green beans over the surface and form the frame as shown in the image.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about twenty minutes.
Meanwhile, blanch the sun-dried tomatoes in a small pot with water and a little vinegar for about ten minutes to soften them. Once ready, drain them using a colander.
Open the oven slightly before the time is up and add the mozzarella pieces and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
A few more minutes, just enough time to melt the mozzarella, and you can serve the savory puff pastry tart with vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella, to be eaten warm.
