Ingredients

Steps

Sift the flour and pour it into the food processor bowl.

  • Add the brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla packet, banana pieces, softened butter, and eggs.

  • Start the processor and blend everything for about three minutes.

  • Butter and flour the loaf pan and pour in the obtained mixture.

  • Bake at 390 degrees Fahrenheit in the electric oven with the baking tray placed in the center for about 40 minutes. Check the cooking with the toothpick test: if it comes out dry after piercing, the cake is cooked.

  • Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool. Finally, enjoy the delicious soft banana bread with brown sugar with a good cup of tea or coffee.
