Ingredients
You can find single-serve Nutella on Amazon 
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 7 tbsps butter
- 1/2 baking powder (half a packet)
- 1 egg
- as needed Nutella® (A teaspoon for each mini cake)

Steps
Work the flour, baking powder with softened butter and the egg quite coarsely in a bowl with your hands. The mixture should appear crumbly.
Butter and flour the molds and place some dough in each for the base. Press with the bottom of a glass in the molds to flatten but not too much.
Pour a generous teaspoon of quality Nutella into the center of each mini cake on the base.
Cover with the remaining dough on top and place on a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven and cook for about twenty minutes at 356°F.
The mini cakes will appear golden on the surface and then they can be taken out of the oven and left to cool. Offer the delicious mini cakes for a snack or breakfast.
