I recently discovered this beneficial star anise herbal tea. It should be noted that for intestinal problems caused by viruses and bacteria, it provides great relief. It is also good for sore throats due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Other recognized properties are: antioxidant and diuretic.
The herbal tea is pleasant to drink. I am fascinated by the beautiful shape of the brown star-shaped pods. I intend to try this spice not only for herbal tea but also in my cooking recipes.
