This cake with blueberries and apples without butter and eggs is a successful combination I recommend trying to make.
I used some dried cranberries and added the ones left in the open package from a few days ago also to finish them up, but next time I want to put the entire bag of cranberries.
As for the apples, there are no problems at our house, we always have plenty and never run out.
The look is really nice, right? I’m satisfied. Credit goes to my husband who made it quickly on Sunday. While I was busy preparing lunch, he took care of the dessert.

Peel the apples and cut into chunks. Put the pieces in a bowl with water and lemon to prevent them from turning brown.
Pour the flour, sugar, and baking powder into the food processor container. Squeeze the two oranges with the juicer and pour the juice. Also add a teaspoon of squeezed lemon and the corn oil.
Run the blender for five minutes and pour the soft mixture into a greased and floured cake pan.
Scatter the cranberries and apple pieces into the baking pan. Sprinkle the surface of the cake with enough brown sugar.
Bake the cake with blueberries and apples without butter and eggs for about thirty minutes. Turn out onto a serving platter as soon as it has cooled and enjoy this colorful, tasty, and light cake with a good cup of tea.
