Fresh clementine juice with ginger and lemon is rich in benefits, containing antioxidants, low in calories, and rich in vitamin C, boosting the immune system. It’s no coincidence that clementines, mandarins, oranges, and citrus fruits in general abound in winter. The Creator has thought and provided for our needs. Drinking two glasses of clementine juice a day does us good, and there are no contraindications unless advised by a doctor in case of acid reflux.
I love this sweet juice that doesn’t even need much sweetening.

Ingredients
- 15 fresh clementines
- as needed sugar
- as needed ginger (Powdered or thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Steps
Choose fresh, intact clementines for juicing. To get two not too large glasses of water, about fifteen should suffice; otherwise, add more.
Cut the clementines in half and juice them with a simple manual citrus juicer or an electric one.
Pour the obtained juice into the glasses, straining it through a strainer. This way, all residues will be eliminated, making it more digestible.
Add ginger, either powdered or sliced, and lemon for flavor, as they pair well if you like.
Drink the beneficial fresh clementine juice with ginger and lemon at room temperature, preferably immediately. Children will love it, and drinking two glasses a day is certainly more than fine.
Fresh Clementine Juice with Ginger and Lemon Benefits
Unlike mandarins, clementines are sweet, and sugar is not essential; I love drinking it natural.
